Our Internship Programme has offered hands-on curatorial assistantships that give practical experience at an impractical institution – a portable museum. Because our institution is nomadic, we partner with cultural institutions around London for a number of outreach projects each year.
Museum of Portable Sound curatorial assistants have worked on projects at cultural institutions around London, including major museums like Tate Modern and the Science Museum, research hubs like the Courtauld Institute, and independent art spaces like Chalton Gallery at King’s Cross. We offer experience in everything from social media to collaborative curatorial projects.
